Deep Prayer
We live in a world filled with distractions — from social media, emails, texts, and calls, to signs, podcasts, and constant noise. Research shows that these seemingly harmless diversions are weakening our ability to focus and engage in meaningful, deep work. And our prayer life is affected in the same way.
This presentation explores the problem and introduces proven prayer methods that can help restore our focus and deepen our relationship with God. Participants will be invited to practice several forms of prayer, reflect personally, and engage in group discussion.
Ideal for a mini-retreat or a morning/evening of reflection, this program works best when at least two hours are allotted. However, it can be adapted to fit shorter or longer formats based on the needs of the group.
