Licensing Agreement for Downloadable Presentations - AFIRE Ministries / Set Hearts AFIRE

1. Grant of License: AFIRE Ministries grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials solely within your organization for educational, spiritual, or pastoral purposes. This license is for one organizational entity (e.g., one parish, school, or ministry group).

2. Restrictions Licensee agrees to the following restrictions: - The Materials may not be shared, distributed, or presented to outside organizations, groups, or parishes without prior written permission from AFIRE Ministries. - The Materials may not be copied, posted online, resold, sublicensed, or altered for resale or wider distribution. - Use of the Materials is restricted to non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise authorized in writing.

3. Ownership and Copyright: All Materials are the intellectual property of AFIRE Ministries and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Purchasing a presentation does not transfer ownership of the content. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

4. Enforcement :Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or distribution of the Materials beyond your organization is a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.
